Title: Bolognese Sauce

400gLean minced beef (13oz)
1cWater
1 Garlic clove, finely chopped
1mdOnion, finely sliced
1tbTomato paste
1cCelery diced
1mdCarrot, peeled and diced
1tbFresh oregano (or 1ts dried)
1 1/2cDry white wine
3mdTomatoes, roughly chopped
  Freshly ground lack pepper

1. Place beef, water, garlic & onion in non-stick frypan. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. 2. Add remaining ingredients & simmer cover 30 minutes. Serve with freshly cooked pasta
